pipeline
• Connects DS6 to DS7 and DS8 to DS7.
• Total length approximately 18km.

• Ability to work on all types of pipeline:
water, oil, gas

Iraq Gate – Baghdad

Area: 300,000 m2
• 54 Apartment Buildings (17-30 stories) totalling 5,000 units
• Cadmus International School
• Boulevard includes large amphitheater, retail outlets,
restaurants, cafes, Hypermarket, cinema, jogging track, kids
gaming center
• 25 story office building
• Hospital, Police HQ, and Fire Department
• Underground parking
• Landscaping and playgrounds, pools, social club

Samsung, Civil Works for CPF, Badra

Area: 16 km x 6 km
• Scope included project and construction management, construction and field engineering, procurement
and material management
• Special features included 3 crude oil trains including future installation of 2 desalters for each train, 2 oil
storage tanks including tank dykes, fresh water storage and treatment plant, electric power generation
and distribution system; and nitrogen generation package
• Value: $35,000,000 USD

BOC, Camp Expansion, Majnoon Oil Field, Basra

Area: 16 km x 6 km
• Scope was to provide a 196 accommodation camp (7 modular
2-story buildings), complete with utilities and infrastructure
required for a standalone development.
• Special features included power generation, potable water and
sewage treatment systems along with associated storage
• Value: $8,540,000 USD

Shell Gas Iraq BV, Khor Al Zubair Base Camp, Basra

• 112 person accommodation camp
• Scope included design, construction, fit-out, and
commissioning of accommodation, catering facilities,
offices, and other support buildings and all required
utilities.
• Special feature of this project was the installation of a
100-meter communications tower. The tallest structure
in Basra at the time.
