A prestigious vertical residential project within the Iraq Gate complex, featuring five 34-floor towers. ALMCO managed all phases—from deep foundations to luxury finishes—while integrating expansive landscape gardens that promote a sustainable, tranquil urban lifestyle. Strategically linked to Baghdad Boulevard, Iraq Gate Gardens blends luxury, convenience, and top-tier construction quality.
Iraq Gate – The Lake
A large-scale residential community housing over 7,000 residents across 1,830 apartments. ALMCO delivers comprehensive infrastructure including roads, power plants, LPG, and stormwater management, alongside sustainable features such as solar-powered common areas and EV charging stations. With amenities like cafés, nurseries, supermarket, and landscaped ponds, The Lake sets a new benchmark for future-ready urban living in Baghdad.
